Purtroppo la sofferenza è sempre stata presente nelle nostre vite, ma se gli attribuiamo un significato vediamo che possiamo considerarla una grande maestra di vita che può insegnarci grandi cose su di noi e, sulle altre persone e sul mondo intero. E queste cose contribuiranno a rendere più realistica e meno illusoria la nostra interpretazione e visione del mondo: non possiamo restiamo infantilmente aggrappati alle nostre illusioni e ai nostri sogni egoistici di quando eravamo bambini! Non lasciamoci sopraffare dal dolore, proviamo ad accantonarlo apriamo il cuore alle piccole emozioni quotidiane, facciamo piccole cose che ci fanno stare bene con noi stessi, anche le più stupide, e prendiamo un contatto con noi stessi. Por desgracia, el sufrimiento ha estado siempre presente en nuestras vidas, pero si atribuimos un significado vemos que podemos considerar que un gran maestro de la vida que nos puede enseñar a grandes cosas acerca de nosotros y, por otro, la gente y el mundo entero. Y estas cosas ayudarán a hacer más realista y menos ilusoria nuestra interpretación y visión del mundo: no podemos permanecer infantilmente se aferran a nuestras ilusiones y nuestros sueños egoístas de cuando éramos niños! Leider hat sich das Leid in unserem Leben immer präsent, aber wenn wir eine Bedeutung, die wir sehen, dass Attribut können wir es ein großer Lehrer des Lebens betrachten, die uns große Dinge über uns lehren können, und auf der anderen Menschen und der ganzen Welt. Und diese Dinge helfen, realistischer und weniger illusorisch unsere Interpretation und die Vision der Welt zu machen: Wir sind nicht kindisch klammern sich an unseren Illusionen und unsere egoistischen Träume bleiben können, wenn wir Kinder waren!
