Vivere adesso...
una delle cose più difficili, soprattutto per alcune
persone è vivere nel presente...
spesso la mente corre, va avanti...
e il dopo, inteso tra un'ora, tra un giorno, tra una settimana...invade l'adesso...
è qualcosa di automatico, quasi senza rendercene conto stiamo pensando al dopo...
in questo modo, però, perdiamo il momento attuale...
e perdiamo le emozioni legate ad esso...
spesso perdiamo la serenità, la gioia di un momento perchè pensiamo al dopo, al domani...
io prima ero così...
e quei momenti erano offuscati da questi pensieri ....
quanta pace ho perso...
ma non importa perchè non perderò più neanche un istante e affronterò le cose quando arriveranno non prima...
e con la pace che mi ha colmato il cuore, mi sono reso conto che sono qui, adesso...
la mia mente sta rallentando e posso finalmente godere del presente....

ora vivo...
Ho scritto questa nota per farvi riflettere perchè a volte
si capiscono alcune cose solo dopo...
spero possa esservi utile perchè
l'argomento sembra tanto semplice "AMICIZIA" una sola parola, ma è una strada interminabile che inizia dalla creazione del mondo e arriva fino a noi e oltre. Ma prima due parole su questo sentimento e sul suo valore...
Si dice che il cibo sia il primo gesto di amicizia, in ogni parte del mondo mangiare è l'occasione di conoscersi e di poter iniziare con simpatia una futura amicizia! Ma non è sempre stato così.
Col passare del tempo l'egoismo dell'uomo ha incominciato a impedire alle persone di comunicare e confidarsi fra loro. Mettendo l'amicizia all'ultimo posto. Ma oggi riscopriamo nuovamente i valori e quanto sia importante avere qualcuno che in ogni momento ci ascolterà.Non dobbiamo dimenticare che l'amicizia è un perfetto accordo nelle cose divine e umane, insieme a un sentimento di affetto e benevolenza.
Spesso anche nella moltitudine delle persone ci si può sentire soli, è triste quando nessuno è vicino a noi e è allora che si sente tanto l'assenza di una persona che ci dia una parola di conforto nei momenti tristi, o di incoraggiamento nel momento di superare le difficoltà della vita. L'amicizia è asciugare una lacrima, appogiarsi su una spalla e dividere il peso di un segreto. Quando la tua speranza non è più certezza, quando non credi più nel tuo futuro, allora l'amico ti prende per mano e ti aiuta a proseguire insieme a lui.
