Un vero ascolto è un’altra via per portare la quiete nella relazione, Quando ascoltate veramente qualcuno, la dimensione della quiete sorge e diventa una parte essenziale della relazione. Un vero ascoltare è però un talento raro. Di solito la maggior parte dell’attenzione di una persona è impegnata nei suoi pensieri. Nel migliore dei casi la persona sta valutando le vostre parole o si sta preparando per la prossima cosa da dire. O addirittura può’ darsi che non stia ascoltando per niente, presa dai propri pensieri.
Il vero ascolto va molto a di là della percezione uditiva. E’ il sorgere di un’attenzione vigile, di uno spazio di presenza in cui le parole vengono ricevute… Molto più importante di cosa ascoltare è l’atto dell’ascoltare in se stesso, lo spazio della presenza consapevole che viene in questo ascoltare… l’altra persona non è più “l’altra”. In questo spazio, siete uniti insieme come una sola consapevolezza, una sola coscienza.

A true listening is another way to bring peace in the relationship, when someone really listened to, the dimension of stillness arises and becomes an essential part of the report. Una verdadera escucha es otra manera de lograr la paz en la relación, cuando alguien realmente escuchado, la dimensión de la quietud surge y se convierte en una parte esencial del informe. Sin embargo, una verdadera escucha es un talento poco común. Por lo general, la mayor parte de la atención de una persona está involucrada en el pensamiento. Lo ideal sería que la persona está evaluando sus palabras o se está preparando para la próxima cosa que decir. O incluso pueden 'ser que no escuchar a todos, tomado de sus pensamientos.

Ein wahres Zuhören ist ein weiterer Weg, den Frieden in der Beziehung zu bringen, wenn jemand wirklich zugehört, stellt sich die Dimension der Stille und wird zu einem wesentlichen Teil des Berichts. Ein wahres Zuhören ist jedoch ein seltenes Talent. Normalerweise die meiste Aufmerksamkeit einer Person in Gedanken beschäftigt. Im Idealfall ist die Person, die Ihre Worte Auswertung oder bereitet sich auf das nächste, was zu sagen. Oder noch kann 'sein, dass überhaupt nicht hören, aus seinen Gedanken gemacht.
Echt Zuhören geht weit über die Hörwahrnehmung in. Und "die Entstehung einer scharfen Blick, das Vorhandensein eines Raumes, in dem die Worte empfangen werden ... Viel wichtiger als das, was zu hören ist die Handlung selbst zu hören, der Raum der bewussten Präsenz, die auf das zu hören kommt ... die andere Person ist nicht mehr "die anderen". In diesem Raum werden Sie vereint zusammen als ein Bewußtsein, ein Bewußtsein.
