Il covid populismo.
Da ragazzino lessi un racconto di fantascienza nel quale l’evoluzione della civiltà umana non era che un esperimento di una potente razza aliena la quale però aveva creato una sorta di penicillina mentale, la quale aboliva il pensiero non appena qualche umano giungeva a sospettare o a scoprire l’esperimento stesso. Più tardi mi resi conto che forse l’idea era stata presa da 1984 di Orwell nel quale si ipotizza il crime stop, ovvero la facoltà di fermarsi di colpo, come d’istinto, alla soglia di ogni pensiero pericoloso. Include il potere di non afferrare le analogie, di non percepire gli errori logici, di fraintendere gli argomenti più semplici se minacciano di costringere a pensare e di essere annoiati o respinti da qualsiasi tipo di pensiero che sia in grado di condurre in una direzione eretica. Insomma una forma di stupidità protettiva che è un modo fantastico di riprendere la tesi dell’egemonia culturale di Gramsci. Una sintesi fra le due idee potrebbe essere che una razza aliena di supercapitalisti, sempre più incistati nei poteri democratici al punto di sterilizzarli abbia lavorato per decenni alla creazione di un atteggiamento passivo e acritico e perciò stesso irresponsabile di gran parte della società e soprattutto della parte potenzialmente antagonista trasformandola in una sorta di innocuo prodotto di nicchia preconfezionato che produce mortaretti invece di azioni e di idee.
Qui non c’entrano le astronavi e lo spazio profondo, ma la proprietà totale dei media e dunque del discorso pubblico che impedisce qualsiasi dibattito che non sia finto, finto a tal punto che gli attori non se ne accorgono nemmeno e assemblano frasi fatte, come in una sorta di metodo Stanislavskij del sociale pensando che sia reale e non sia semplicemente un modellino in lego. Questo populismo covidico è veramente soffocante e in qualche caso caso degradante. Possiamo fare l’esempio del rettore dell’Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt, Oliver Vitouch, il quale ha detto che gli studenti non vaccinati non dovrebbero avere un’istruzione superiore. Dubito che questo omuncolo sia in grado di gestire qualunque cosa che riguardi l’istruzione di qualunque grado, ma la cosa interessante è che per sostenere questa cretineria egli abbia fatto appello sia alla scienza, sia al Papa e sia all’illuminismo, ma nella versione che ne dà Wikipedia, evidentemente considerata come un’autorità superiore. Dovremmo chiederci cosa sta succedendo nel mondo di oggi perché uno così ricopra la carica di rettore universitario, visto che egli è l’esatto interprete dell’ignoranza autoritaria la quale non comprende innanzitutto la complessità dell’illuminismo e finisce per farne quella caricatura che è d’uso negli ambienti clericali: non sa che l’Illuminismo mirava a una maggiore libertà personale di azione e ai diritti umani generali cosa che renderebbe mostruosa la volontà di escludere dall’istruzione che non vuole vaccinarsi. Ma è anche lontanissimo dal comprendere la natura della scienza che per essere tale non può fornire verità assolute: la scienza alla quale egli si riferisce non è quella di Galileo, ma quella dell’inquisizione che lo processa in nome di una verità assoluta. La certezza ottusa con cui ci vengono forniti “fatti” irrevocabili politicamente e mediaticamente che portano a misure draconiane a cui dobbiamo assolutamente attenerci, per poi dover affrontare qualche nuova assoluta certezza poche settimane o mesi dopo che queste misure si sono rivelate insostenibili, inefficaci, errate o frutto di manipolazione, mostra che la scienza è ideologizzata e abusata come mezzo di dominio.
Ma il populismo covidico che non ha alcun pensiero e nemmeno uno scopo visto che difende strumenti come i vaccini che non sono in via ufficiale in grado di raggiungerlo, che agisce solo su suggerimento e che tende principalmente a una cosa per trovare una credibilità assente dagli argomenti: polarizzare il discorso, mettere un “noi” contro un “loro” che in questo caso sono i vaccinati contro i non vaccinati. In questo modo si evita di dover spiegare i fatti che non combaciano con la narrazione, perché si gioca sul livello emotivo di una parte contro l’altra, mentre tutto il resto non è che lo sgranarsi di una ruota di preghiera grondante di banalità, di bugie rituali e di sciocchezze. Solo così si può continuare a obbedire ai governo e ad esperti che non possono esserlo vista la novità della situazione, anche se le strategie e le tattiche cambiano ogni settimana, creano ordinanze opache e passo dopo passo si scopre che la realtà è un’altra senza però ammetterlo: le vaccinazioni spacciate per risolutive si sono rivelate un disastro da ogni punto vista e così le due iniezioni sono diventate tre e poi già quattro e ogni “colpo” contribuisce a massacrare il sistema immunitario creando la necessità di nuove dosi: un meccanismo che farebbe invidia ai signori della droga.  Il fatto è che bisogna in ogni modo eliminare quella sostanza mentale che impedisce di aprire gli occhi e di abolire le formule apotropaiche per riscoprire il mondo reale e fondare una nuova cultura e magari come dice Agamben fondare nuove università al posti di quelle vecchie che non sono nulla piu che un groviglio inestricabile di burocrazie e interessi espliciti o inconfessabili. Viviamo in un crepuscolo che precede la notte, ma che alcuni interpretano come alba.
